Worldwide Shipping

We ship our instruments worldwide using International Priority Airmail. The April Yang Team adheres to a strict quality control policy, with most instruments crafted in small batches and individually tuned.

Delivery Area

  • USA (Do not ship to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses)
  • UK   (Do not ship to postal codes starting with AB, BT, GY, JE)
  • JP    (Extra fees are required for delivery to remote areas.)
  • KOR (Extra fees are required for delivery to remote areas.)
  • SEA  (Extra fees are required for delivery to remote areas.)

Shipping to all of the world

Figuring out your shipping cost is a breeze. Just add your favorite items to your shopping cart and click on "View Cart." From there, you can enter your country and zip code to see an estimated shipping cost right away! The final shipping amount will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, right before you confirm your purchase.

*Just a friendly reminder: while we’d love to take care of everything, any taxes or duties for your overseas orders are not included. These are usually set by your home country’s tax regulations. Handling Time

We typically prepare your order for shipment within 2-5 business days after receiving payment. Please note that processing times may vary based on the size of the order; larger orders with multiple items may take additional time.

Standard Shipping

  • 2-10 Working Days: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Thailand
  • 4-20 Working Days: Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, South Korea, Germany, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Mexico, Portugal, France, New Zealand, Finland, Greece, Norway, United States, Canada, Sweden, Italy 

  • 7-30 Working Days: Indonesia, Denmark, India, Israel, Turkey, Ireland, Brazil

Delivery Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. For an accurate rate, please enter your country and address during checkout. If you’re buying multiple items, the shipping calculator will determine a combined rate based on the overall weight of your order.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes, as these are beyond our control. Please use the online tracking system and monitor email updates to keep track of your parcel’s status. While we cannot be held accountable for delays during transit or customs clearance, we will investigate any unusual delays and assist you as much as possible.
