Quality issues, damage or incorrect items

We check the electronic functions and condition of each instrument before shipping. If your item appears faulty, arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, please contact support@aprilyangmusic.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video. We will help check the issue and the operating steps.

After the issue is confirmed, we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost or an agreed partial refund where appropriate. If applicable consumer law entitles you to a full refund, repair or another remedy, those rights remain available.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for personal reasons, such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the item, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Return instructions and shipping

Please contact us before sending an item back. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not send a return to the address on the parcel without confirmation. We will cover necessary return shipping for a confirmed quality issue or incorrect item. For a statutory change-of-mind return, you are responsible for direct return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Statutory cancellation and consumer rights

Where the European Union statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason, and return the goods within 14 days of that notification. Applicable statutory exceptions may apply. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may reduce the refund. We will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery costs, as required by law; we may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of return are received.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Orders placed before this update retain the rights and terms applicable when they were purchased.
